This is the central location for all the information necessary to serve as a sponsor for the SEPA 2014 annual conference. This year, we are offering excellent sponsorship rates, ample dome and presentation time, and more than 6,300 square feet of exhibit space in the conference hotel. On Thursday, we have set aside several hours for the vendor hall and vendor presentations in a classroom or inflatable dome setting.
All of our included documents will allow you make an informed decision as to what level of sponsorship you would prefer. The vendor sponsorship matrix and the vendor hall floor layout should provide plenty of information, but if you need any additional assistance, information, or clarification, please contact Michael McConville at the Buehler Planetarium.
