As tradition holds, SEPA/WAC 2016 will have its share of workshops as well as paper sessions. All of us stand to benefit from what we learn from other facilities. The overall theme of the conference is preparing for the upcoming solar eclipse, but topics are wide open. If you have something you want to share…present a paper.

All paper presenters will receive a $25 discount on your conference registration! Submissions must be received by May 1, 2016. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to your conference.
Paper Guidelines:
- Presenter must be a SEPA or WAC member
- Presenter will provide all presentation and/or hand-out materials
- Presenters are expected to adhere to the published time allotment
- All papers are of a non-commercial nature; any commercial presentations must register as a vendor (see vendor support document for more information)
